About the founder

The founder story isthe whole point

I'm [PLACEHOLDER: founder name], a female founder brand designer UK businesses come to when the work is good and the brand isn't. This page is me, not a team page with one face on it.

The story

Why I started this

[PLACEHOLDER: confirmed founding story. What she was doing before, the moment she decided, the first client.]

What I can tell you now is the pattern I kept seeing. Talented women running real businesses, charging less than they should, behind brands that made their work look smaller than it was. The work was never the problem. The packaging was.

So this studio does one thing with its whole chest. It makes women-led businesses look like what they already are, then makes sure the right people find them.

Why women-led businesses

Women start brilliant businesses and then get talked into making them look ordinary. I'd rather build the brands that refuse.

This isn't a diversity statement. It's a market position and a personal one. Women-led businesses in the UK are underserved by agencies that treat them as a niche rather than a client base, and undersold by templates that flatten everything distinctive about them.

Specialising means the strategy conversations start further along. I already know the objections you hear, the pricing doubt at 2am and the way an audience of women actually buys. You don't pay me to learn your world. You pay me because I'm already in it.

Philosophy

Three principles, applied daily

Step 1

Strategy precedes styling

If a design decision has no reason, it doesn't ship. Pretty is easy. Right is the job.

Step 2

Specific beats safe

A brand that could belong to anyone belongs to no one. We find the thing only you can say and build on it.

Step 3

Launch is the halfway point

A brand nobody finds is a diary. Visibility work is part of the plan from day one, not an afterthought.

Credentials and numbers appear here once confirmed. Nothing on this site is invented, which is exactly the standard your brand will be held to.
